Mancingduit Terms and Conditions – Our Platform Usage Guide

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the MancingDuit platform — whether via the website, Android app, or iOS app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you register on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree to these terms, you may not use the MancingDuit platform.

To register and use the mancingduit platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country or territory that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or play ban issued by any relevant authority.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

MancingDuit reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to meet verification requests within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the KYC process is completed.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on mancingduit. Any attempt to register a second or duplicate account — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the following actions:

• Suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeiture of any credit balance and wins across all such accounts.
• Permanent ban from using the MancingDuit platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless it is proven that unauthorized access resulted from negligence on the part of MancingDuit. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

All financial transactions on mancingduit — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time. Current limits are available under the "Wallet" section of your account.

Deposit: You can make deposits using supported payment methods including FPX bank transfer, digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet), and other methods listed on the platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes after payment confirmation is received.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed to a local Malaysian bank account within 1 to 3 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your last deposit, subject to anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

MancingDuit reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review purposes or compliance with applicable legal requirements. In such cases, you will be notified and asked to provide the necessary supporting documents.

MancingDuit offers its members various types of bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and loyalty program rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before wins can be withdrawn.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.

You have the right to close your MancingDuit account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible credit balances will be transferred to you in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the required security checks.

MancingDuit also reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities.
• Suspicious activity involving the financial security of the platform or other users.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months with no transactions.

Under no circumstances shall MancingDuit's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
